Marketing Officer / Manager (FTC)

Location: Leeds (LS19 7RZ)

Salary: �27,000 - �33,000

Hours of Work: fixed term of 12 months, 35 hours per week,

About the Company:

Autism Partnership is one of the world's largest and most established Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) service providers for Autism Spectrum Disorders. Formed in 1994 in Los Angeles, California, we have been operating in the UK since 2000; our UK centres are located in both London & Leeds. We employ over 200 full time psychologists, therapists and supervisors in our offices which are located in 7 countries. Our UK site currently employs 25 staff.

Marketing Officer / Manager Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans, in line with our goals and define resources to support it.
* Oversee the dissemination of the communications strategy across marketing vehicles (including PR, advertising, social media) to increase business growth.
* Liaise with internal consultants and external partners and agencies to execute events including exhibitions, conferences, trainings and workshops; to provide advice on best practices, trends and emerging platforms in each of the key markets.
* Conduct market research and analysis.
* Ad-hoc projects.

Marketing Officer / Manager Requirements:

* Degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or any related discipline.
* 3-5 years solid experience in the marketing field, preferably in the people service industry.
* Hands on experience in press release writing, copywriting of communication materials, promotional campaigns, social media, website and event organisation; knowledge in psychology and SEN preferred.
* Digital marketing experience with a focus on increasing Search Engine Optimization to improve website presence in order to generate brand awareness.
* Excellent presentation, organisation, interpersonal, communication skills and relation building with all levels.
* Pro-active, dynamic mind, can-do attitude, result-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and able to handle multi-tasks within tight timeframe.
* Strong connection with schools and helping professionals highly preferred.
* Excellent in written & spoken English is a must;
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Marketing Officer / Manager Benefits:

* You will have 20 days holiday per year, plus all bank holidays; additional leave is accrued for long service.
* In addition you will be paid for 5 days of sickness in a rolling 12 month period.
