I am recruiting for a Customer Service Manager within the Peterborough City Centre!

This is a Part Time role with flexible working hours to suit a candidates needs.

Experience within the property sector is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the property sector, have a professional work ethic and flexible to work within different departments to suit business needs.

The role will include duties such as

Assisting with the administration and facilitating of client portfolios, providing
hands on customer support and service.
Interaction and liaising with clients directly in person, email, writing or telephone.
Administration tasks are required in respect of leaseholders, tenants and client
accounts.
Liaise and arrange contractors and suppliers and to provide clients with accurate
reports and information as required.
Research and assist with projects as required from time to time.
To work accurately and professionally at all times, ensuring that all records as
provided are always reconciled and correct.
To attend meetings with clients as and when required.

The salary for this role is pro rata'd up to �21,000 per annum.

Working hours for this role are around 30 per week but can be flexible.
