Senior Service Co-Ordinator

Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire (PO7 7AJ)

Salary: �20,000 to �25,000 dependant on experience

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm on-site with 1 hour for lunch (or 8.00am to 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch) - i.e. 40 hour week. Also two 15 x minute rest breaks, one a.m. and one p.m.

We are now looking for a Senior Service Co-Ordinator to join our team! It will be your responsibility to support the Service Manager in overseeing, administering and co-ordinating the activities of the Service Administration team and deployment of Service Technicians in all operational areas.

Senior Service Co-Ordinator Responsibilities:

* To co-ordinate the activities of the Service Technician's in all the operational areas ensuring all Technicians are mobile by 08:15 for arrival for their first job for 08:30 finishing at 17:00 except for communication meetings and briefings.
* Ensure all faults / repairs are carried out by the end of the day or within 4 hours if requested in conjunction with the Service administration team, ensuring our targets are met.
* Assist the Service Manager in achieving our monthly KPI's and embrace all SBD values and employee engagement within the Service Administration team.
* To pro-actively lead the Service Administration team to ensure departmental KPI's are met, delegating tasks and responsibilities when required and providing training, auditing, and guidance support when needed.
* To assess the demands and needs of the department in conjunction with the Service Manager, making decisions where relevant to ensure operational requirements are met, delivering our customer first piece, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
* Provide basic technical support to customers (i.e. reset, view history, front shell upload confirmation)
* Check scheduler past history for any outstanding jobs.
* Take minute for monthly meetings when required.

Senior Service Co-Ordinator Requirements:

* Full training will be provided
* Previous Co-ordination and Supervisory experience is essential
* Self-motivated and confident
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Able to deal with reactive issues
* Ability to meet daily and monthly targets
* Employee engagement
* Able to focus the team, make decisions with a positive attitude
* Engage and deliver all company values and behaviours
* Strong customer service skills (internally & externally)
