**HR Manager - 3 month contract – up �300 per day UMB (IR35 Scope)–Public Sector- London**

Our client is leading Public Sector organisation based in London who are looking for HR Manager to join their busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive service to the organisation. Responsibilities include: taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns; collaborating with the business to fully understand its needs and objectives for both the current and future business challenges; measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement; maintaining the succession plan and talent pipeline; coaching managers on performance management issues and ensuring delivery of training requirements. Implementing new HR policies, procedures and processes; managing HR budgets and driving employee engagement.

Main tasks and duties include:

Working with another Resourcing Manager to manage of a small resourcing team and assisting in the day to day running and management of recruitment campaigns, promotion and development moves exercises.

Working with another Resourcing Manager in organising and planning the workload across the resourcing team, and being personally responsible for specific campaigns or exercises.

Responsibility for management and co-ordination of the ‘Returners’ process for staff currently on career breaks, maternity leave and loans, in liaison with the HR Employee Services payroll team and HRBPs, ensuring that their return to work is planned and organised.

Management of the recruitment and administration of Legal Trainees.

Experience required for this role:

CIPD Qualified
You will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the flexibility to pick up urgent emerging tasks at short notice and work to tight deadlines;
Highly effective communicator with the ability to forge strong and successful relationships with stakeholders and senior colleagues, and demonstrate a strong customer service approach;
Highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to work successfully in a pressurised environment;
Confidently building capability with senior stakeholders and teams with a good understanding of Civil Service recruitment and resourcing;
Working on tasks that involve multiple teams within an organisation;
