Customer Relationship Manager responsibilities:

- To develop current procedures, processes and systems, in addition to introducing those which are key to an efficient complaint management system
- Take the lead role in promoting and sharing lessons learned from complaints
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders around the business
- Provide support, training and advice to staff on complaint handling
- Facilitate complaint resolution meetings with stakeholders
- Evaluation of complaints activity making appropriate recommendations including the implementation of initiatives to reduce them in number and severity
- Publication of reports and analysis across the business

- Pro-active and tenacious ensuring customer issues are fully resolved
- Excellent documentation skills and high level of attention to detail
- Must be able to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations
