This is a great opportunity for a highly organised and proficient Administrator to work at Woodvale Primary Academy. 

As a Senior Administrator, you can expect to support the Principal in a range of administrative and clerical duties. You will be the HR point of contact for the academy and oversee the running of the main office and staff within; dealing with incoming and outgoing communications, handle queries, compile data and manage health and safety concerns as well as creating and maintaining databases and other computerised systems.

You should possess excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively within a team and on your own initiative. You should have a proven track record in the proficient use of Microsoft Office and have the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and remain calm under pressure. Experience and knowledge of working within a school environment and with SIMS would be advantageous.

Please note that this role is required to work in term time only plus 1 week (40 weeks); this is reflected in the pro rata salary. Some additional hours will be worked for Parents evenings and meetings where necessary.
