Blackpool Sixth is an outstanding college specialising in 16-19 education, we have an exciting opportunity for a Print Room Assistant to join our team. This fixed term position (running until July 2019), which has the possibility of becoming permanent, is well suited to you if you are looking for an enjoyable role in a thriving and supportive workplace.
Based in Refill (the college print room), you will work closely with others in the department to support staff and students with their printing and stationery requirements. Refill provides reprographic and visual services and support and also acts as a small college stationery shop.
A day in Refill could see you:

- copying and binding printed materials. 
printing student photographs on an inkjet printer 
Selling stationery and other materials via the small shop and using an EPOS till to take cash payments. 
Receiving jobs to print via the college email system. 
Liaising with customers to ensure the print job will meet their requirements 
Scanning and printing documents using the photocopiers
