A Primary SEN school in Cockfosters is currently seeking a behaviour mentor to support students on a 1:1 basis and in groups. In addition to providing behaviour support and motivating students to excel in their learning, you will engage in classroom activities set by the Teacher.

Person specification:

* Interested in supporting students with special educational needs
* Able to use their initiative when supporting students
* Build great relationships with students, classroom teachers, senior leadership and parents
* Bring enthusiasm and encouragement to the classroom

The Primary SEN School in Cockfosters recently fitted a state of the art sensory room to meet the needs of their pupils; they have recently renovated their buildings to improve the learning environment of their pupils. Their most recent Ofsted inspection awarded the school with an ‘Outstanding’ grade.
