At Teaching Personnel we have lots of opportunities for graduates to get some hands on experience within a primary school setting.

The role?

There are numerous positions for learning support assistants within the Ealing borough. This will involve working closely with students with a variety of needs, including special educational needs such as autism, ADHD and downs syndrome and those with English as an additional language. The students you will be working with have a variety of needs, all working at different abilities - a huge part of your role will involve ensuring all students are working at their own pace and to their own level, providing feedback to activities and parents/carers.

This will be a full time role, looking for an immediate start.

Salary? Pay rates can be negotiated based on individuals experience and qualifications.

Ideal candidate?

* Graduates with a back in psychology, sociology, English, education or childhood studies
* A passion for working within a classroom
* Interested in supporting students with a variety of abilities, including students with special educational needs or English as an additional language
* A valid DBS or willing to apply for one
