All aplicants MUST have the following experience:
* Compile monthly applications for payment to client
* procure sub-contracting including full package analysis and budget valuation
* Develop scopes of works and compiling of sub contractor documents
* Sub contractor account management handling variations, payments, final accounts
* Cost Management, Forecast and reports
* JCT & NEC experience
* Ability to work unsupervised handling all aspects of commercial matters
