Regional Sales Manager - Netherlands

* ?56,000 - ?68,0000 basic salary
* Commission paid 1.9% of all invoiced sales
* Realistic earnings - ?30,000 year 1, ?40,000 year 2 and ?50,000 year 3 onwards
* Expensed international travel + hire car paid by the employer
* 20 days' leave + 9 public holidays

Location/base: Netherlands - you must be based or willing to relocate to this region

Sales region/territory: Southern Europe - Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Turkey and Romania

The Regional Sales Manager's role will suit a technical sales professional selling equipment to Food & Beverage customers or high-value capital equipment (CapEx) to other industries.

This multi-site manufacturing organisation has a global footprint in over 30 countries worldwide, with the option to move to any one of its worldwide operations. In return, you will be provided with the support, training and development from an organisation that invests very heavily in the development of their staff. The training alone is unrivalled by their competitors and I know this for a fact, having recruited for them in August 2018.

The role of the Regional Sales Manager will be as follows:

* Selling equipment into the Food & Beverage market sector across Southern Europe
* Complete ownership of the sales process in the designated area from the attendance of tradeshows, client presentations & demonstrations, lead generation, sales opportunity evaluation and customer procurement
* You will also be responsible for the calculation of quotations, negotiation, closing sales to after-sales support
* New business development, identifying target Food & Beverage customers throughout the region and building long-term business relationships
* Provide your Manager and head office with timely reports and analysis of order intake, costs, sales, sales targets, etc
* Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education

Experience & Background:

* A proven track record of selling high-value Capital Equipment (CapEx) or equipment into the Food & Beverage sector.
* Experienced in new business sales as well as developing existing accounts
* A success driven and results orientated Regional Sales Manager
* You must be based or willing to relocate to the Netherlands
