As a Control Room Operator you will interact with customers (Internal and External Stakeholders) ensuring a first-class customer experience.  To carry out other duties and tasks as agreed with your line manager.
Main responsibilities
Manage customer calls (Internal and external customers) and ensuring that issues are resolved in a prompt/efficient manner
To provide a first response to building emergencies such as flood, break in or breakdown of essential services by alerting appropriate people and logging the event
Making and receiving telephone calls to monitor time, attendance and welfare of field based operatives.
Ensuring that security related issues are managed and dealt with in line with company policies to the highest standards
Respond to requests for assistance and managing high risk situations to resolution
Routine monitoring of CCTV and security patrols both internal and external of 2 buildings
Ensuring Health and Safety issues are managed and escalated accordingly
Any other business to ensure that the highest standards are maintained with our customers/work colleagues
