We are a sales and marketing company based in the heart of Old Town, Swindon. We are at an exciting time in business and are now preparing to continue our growth as an organisation throughout the rest of 2019 and beyond!

Main Purpose of this Business Development Executive role : Booking a wide range of daily event sites for our team of brand ambassadors and managing the relationships and results from these events. We organise and carry out events for clients all around the UK and are looking to add to our success through offering an opportunity to the right candidate.

The Business Development Executive Duties Include:

* Build and maintain manager relationships;
* Meeting targets and deadlines for booking event space;
* Liasing with suppliers to update on Brand Ambassador movements;
* Effective communication of site timetable;
* Influencing customer quality control;
* Track performance of event sites;
* Visiting site managers in person;
* Networking and self-development;
* Building database of possible event sites;
* Management of paid site budget and bookings.
* Communicating daily/weekly event timetable to managing director

The Business Development Executive Role:

To work with the Managing Director and Recruitment Administrator to support the growth of the business by managing an organised and efficient events system. To offer ideas and improvements to the role as you gain in experience and to have real interest in the welfare of the Brand Ambassadors aiming to organise the best possible events for them to represent in.

The ideal Business Development Executive will need the following experience and skills necessary:

Sales experience is a must, as a large amount of the role will include negotiating with site managers for use of space, either in the form of telesales (outbound selling) or in face to face direct selling roles.

Experience in administrative skills/ organisation, the candidate will need to be efficient and confident using microsoft excel and preferably familiar with basic CRM software.

* Highly organised/attention to detail with all tasks;
* Effective time management skills;
* Pro-active: Able to find solutions and solve problems;
* Amazing interpersonal skills and ability to work fluidly as a part of a team
* Target driven working towards daily weekly and monthly targets and deadlines.
* Building and managing relationships with our clients and event location managers.
* Managing an internal diary of all upcoming events and communicating this effectively with the team.
* Sourcing, planning and organising new event locations.

Salaries and Benefits:

Starting salary will be between �18-25k depending on experience.

An incentive structure will be available and opportunities for more responsibility and career progression as the company grows.
