Our client a well-established independent agency of property specialists are looking for a professional Lettings Coordinator to join their team in Edinburgh.

As a Lettings Co-ordinator is to be the first point of contact for all viewing enquiries, demonstrating an ability to match tenant needs to suitable properties, both on and off market. Also to proactively identify potential landlords, buyers and vendors from within the database, generating new potential business.

You will have excellent face to face, and phone communication skills and will be highly experienced at developing customer relationships - identifying and understanding the needs of potential customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* To deliver an exceptional customer service experience, building relationships with customers through regular contact
* Carrying out property matches in the database for all new property launches, following up by phone and email, in order to generate potential tenants from the database
* Arrange viewings and proactively manage the Letting Negotiator team diaries
* Responsible for ensuring accuracy of data input
* Responsible for adhering to an accurate and compliant electronic and paper-based filing system
* Handling all phone, email and live chat enquiries and arranging viewings
* Preparing tenancy documentation
* Managing and updating our social media accounts
* Updating the property portals, and our website to ensure all upcoming flats are listed on the market

Requirements:

* Proven ability to deliver exceptional standards of customer service
* Proven ability to develop customer relationships and generate business through relationship building
* Good geographical knowledge of Edinburgh
* Experience working within a lettings role (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
* Have an ability to multi-task
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills
* Confident in dealing with clients
* Excellent telephone manner

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm with a day off in lieu & Saturdays 10:00am - 4:00pm

Salary: �17,000 plus bonuses and other company benefits.
