An exciting new opportunity has arisen in North London

You will take ownership to maximise opportunities and increase footfall through utilising sales initiatives to achieve targets and budget sales for the area. Taking instruction from the Regional Sales Manager and in association with the National Sales Team, Sales Call Centre, liaising with the Operational team and Event Co-ordinators to ensure exceptional event execution to retain and grow the client database. This will include the following:

Have a pro-active approach to increasing booking enquiries, conversion and bookings through private booking, exclusive hire and guest list bookings.
The generation, creation and application of bespoke events.
The utilisation of Key dates in order to maximise revenue and exceed prior year and budget sales.
To generate and create clear database capture for all market areas.
To generate a network of corporate clients to maximise corporate hire and Christmas bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for a dedicated Geographical area (City/Town/Area) over multiple Branded formats
Responsible for the area Pre-booked sales retention and growth
Regular communications and reviews with your sites in your area
Review your businesses current and future coming sales (bookings) to drive conversion and confirmed bookings
Set clear ways of working with your sites to allow for large booking enquiries and black out days
Conduct audits on the CMS system to make sure all bookings are loaded and enquiries have been resolved
Work closely with the call centre ( Hub) to process large bookings in an agreed time scale.
Work with the sites to maintain corporate relationships.
Work with the National Sales Managers/Executive to drive Corporate and Affiliate business
Work on sales activities for Key occasions; by cold calling and developing call lists for the Call centre sales days
Provide support to cover other Area Manager holiday’s.
Produce regular reports on area activity and revenue against business to communicate to The Regional Sales Manager.
Look at future site developments to co-ordinate sales activity for launch and co-ordinate launch activity
Attend review meetings with your Regional Sales Manager.
