As a Branch Manager for Skills Direct Ltd you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes;

- Have a minimum of 2 years experience from within Recruitment or Sales (Business to Business)
- Be able to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Have the business acumen to run a profitable branch, continually monitoring and improving Sales, GP and NP - through business development, rate/fee negotiation and controlling overheads.
- Consistently bringing in New Business opportunities
- Have the ability to bring in Temp and Perm job opportunities
- Setting and meeting branch KPI's/ Targets
- Lead from the front
- Have a good understanding of Social Media and how it can positively impact a Recruitment agency
- Train and mentor staff
- Have strong organisational skills
