Shaw Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to support our services in the West Sussex area.

 

This role is for 6-12 months with view to become permanent.

 

Full driving licence and access to a car will be require due to covering services in the East/West Sussex. Mileage allowance will be paid.

 

KEY OBJECTIVES:

 

To work with the Recruitment Business Partner in providing an effective and comprehensive HR & Recruitment service within Shaw Healthcare and support the Group’s Corporate Plan objectives and vision and values. To provide excellent standards of customer service through recruitment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Liaise with key stakeholders including Hiring Managers to understand the requirements for all assigned vacancies.
Support the recruitment partner through posting roles and scheduling interviews.
Working with the recruitment partner to develop detailed candidate sourcing plans for all assigned vacancies, maximising the use of direct channels in order to minimise resourcing spend.
Utilise online resources such as Job-board databases and social networking sites to identify and make contact with appropriately qualified candidates.
Build relationships with candidates in target markets in order to develop Shaw HealthCare’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Processing offers and ensuring candidates are engaged through the on boarding journey.
Ensure the effective utilisation of our ATS to capture and manage all candidates.
Screen all applicants for all assigned vacancies in sufficient detail to ensure that all shortlisted candidates meet the key requirements of the role.
Maintain contact with candidates throughout the hiring process in order to minimise the risk of candidates withdrawing their application.
Support the wider resourcing team as required to ensure the best candidate experience and service to hiring managers is maintained.
Work with the marketing team to produce recruitment materials for sites and recruitment partners.
Attend events and exhibitions to build relationships with candidates and help support the Shaw Healthcare recruitment brand.
Own and update recruitment trackers as and when required.
