Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a client school in Cheetham Hill, Manchester (M8) are looking for a Full Time, EAL Teaching Assistant who has experience working on a one to one basis with children struggle with the English language.

This is a 2 form entry primary school located in Cheetham Hill, Manchester with an average class size of 30 pupils with children from a large variety of ethnic backgrounds, who can deliver the EAL children the best possible understanding of the curriculum.

The role is to work at a school has been rated ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted in their most recent inspection.

This would be an ideal opportunity for the right candidate looking for their next Teaching Assistant position supporting children with EAL and possibly some children with SLCN. It would be helpful that applicants have experience supporting children on a one to one basis who have difficulties speaking English.

The Ideal candidate appointed will:

* Be an Interactive, Relationship building, caring individual
* Have experience supporting children with EAL and some SLCN would be an advantage
* Dedicated to work in a Primary School with children from a mixture of ethnic backgrounds
