The Role

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated SEN teacher. The successful candidate should have a strong passion for teaching and assisting with special educational needs. They would ideally also have the ability to facilitate the specific requirements of their students in lessons. This is a full time SEN school teaching position starting in ASAP.

The School

This school is in Bournemouth and caters mainly for students with Behavioural and Autistic Needs. A successful teacher will have experience managing challenging behaviour and differentiating lessons to suite a variety of needs.

This school is a PRU, so children are aged between 12 to 18 and class sizes are kept to a minimum to ensure students get the time and assistance that they need from both the teacher and the support staff.

The staff team are wonderfully welcoming and approachable, the staff turnover is low as the staff are extremely happy with the school environment and the support from the parents and SENDCo.

The school is looking for an SEN teacher who is confident and reliable in their ability to engage, inspire and lead pupils to achieve their best. Candidates must be fully qualified and preferably have some SEN experience.

Pay Rates for these positions range from; �9ph for Teaching Assistants, �100 - �130 per day for Teachers & �60 - �80 per day for Cover Supervisors.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
