Do you have bookkeeping / accounting experience and are looking for your next challenge?

My client is based in Doncaster and are committed to being the worldwide lubricant supplier of choice to the metalworking industry. They have an exciting opportunity available for a Deputy Office Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

You duties will involve accounting / bookkeeping, stock control, general office administration, month end reports sales and procurements and managing transport for export (including the documentation). 

You must be self-motivated and capable of working alone and unsupervised. You must be a good communicator and reliable. You will need to live within a commutable distance to Doncaster.

You will need to have professional customer relationship skills.

Key experience essential for the role of Deputy Office Manager - 

• Accounting / bookkeeping experience required
• Strong academics to A Levels
• High standard computer skills including spreadsheets, numeracy & literacy

If you have previous employment in either a manufacturing / transport / warehousing office environment that would be highly advantageous.
