A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen with my client based in Fforestfach for a Social Media and Marketing Executive.
We are currently supporting a leading high quality promotional merchandising business who, due to successful growth have a requirement to bring on board an experienced marketer to work closely with the Marketing Director. Our client provides a great opportunity to become part of a strong and ambitious marketing brand, joining at a time where you will be at the heart of shaping and implementing the growth plans the company has for the future.

As a Social Media and Marketing Executive your prime responsibility will be Social Media Management & Implementation: To plan, create and undertake activities to create prospect meetings for the Directors.

This is expected to include a sizeable amount of LinkedIn work including the creating and running of social media activities (LinkedIn posts) but also the detailed sourcing of relevant contacts, connecting and developing conversations, sometimes by outbound phone calls as well, in order to secure prospect meetings.

� As this is a broad and varied role, it would really suit someone who like a busy and varied workload, who has a good commercial acumen and excellent use of initiative.

Further responsibilities include a range of marketing executive responsibilities such as:
�Providing support to the Marketing Director
�Content creation
�Maintaining the website administrations and updates (website, blog, SEO )
�Various budget and metrics reporting including Google analytics
�Creating and running MailChimp/E-shots
�Data management
�Support with and implementation of Marketing Plans
�Maintaining stocks of merchandise
�Undertaking photoshoots for product library images
�Product sourcing
�Creating seasonal catalogues etc.


In order to be a successful Social Media and Marketing Executive you will need:
�To be a competent and able marketer,
�Have creative design and technical IT skills.
�To be a LinkedIn expert
�Be proactive and positive
�A quick thinker with good use of initiative
�A focused, good communicator
�A finisher
�Possess a good understanding of sales journey
�Have a confident telephone manner
�The ideal candidate would also have some photography/ video skills

Marketing or Business degree or equivalent qualifications desirable

�Generous Salary package + bonus DOE
�Monday – Friday: FT 08:00 - 17:00 Part Time option is available upon discussion
