The particular establishment is part of a collection of iconic pubs and country inns celebrating the best of British. Situated in London's stylish heart of Chelsea and recently been refurbished to an extremely high standard but making sure they retain their history and charm they have been awarded for the excellence in cuisine produced and served.
The Company's business model works best when General Managers treat and care for the business as if it was their own. They are currently looking for an experienced General Manager on a full time, permanent basis offering an excellent basic salary alongside a great bonus scheme. Key Features of the Role:

As the General Manager, it will be your job to ensure that your Inn operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining its good reputation and ethos. Combining strategic planning and day-to-day management activities, the role is both business-like and creative, particularly in terms of marketing and business development.
Be the face of the business, inspire the team by showing true hospitality and demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities as well as being involved and responsible for all aspects of the business including managing team, financial astute and strong business planning acumen.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Be an accomplished General Manager with experience at 1 Rosette level or higher.
Have experience of being accountable for P & L's and able to hit and exceed financial targets.
Strong team leadership experience and very much a natural inspirer and motivator, and a real team builder
Proven record of pushing sales forward with good cost and wage controls and the ability to create and work to a budget
Must be hands on, fun loving and create a positive forward-thinking environment.
Must have previous experience with high end fresh food led operations
Must have a real passion for British food scene and engaged in the local community that surrounds it.
Show strong entrepreneur spirit in developing and grow the business by using all marketing platforms.

What's on Offer?
As the General Manager you will be offered a competitive basic salary ranging from �45,000 - �47,000 per annum
Up to �15,000 bonus per annum
