This is an exciting opportunity to join a high growth tech SME. The company are working to push the boundaries of vehicle camera technology, getting involved with self-driving vehicles.

The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). If you also have excellent leadership and people skills, business acumen and an exemplary work ethic, they would like to meet you.

Chief Operations Officer

You will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for executing the ambitious growth strategy and managing the efficiency of the business.

Job Description

* Able to use Agile Management Techniques and have exceptional financial, strategic and team development skills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a COO role.
* Be responsible for optimising our company's operating capabilities, employing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and have proven experience managing successful marketing initiatives. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
* Monitoring invoices, money handling procedures, accounting and bank processes.
* Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
* Overseeing Marketing and Sales initiatives and implementing better business practices.
* Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
* Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
* Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
* Completing performance reviews in a prudent manner. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
* Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

COO Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
* A minimum of five years’ experience as a COO or managing a complex enterprise's HR, finances, operations and marketing strategies.
* Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise.
* Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
* Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics and IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
* Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully
