Sales Administrator / Receptionist

Location: Gosfield, Essex

Salary: �17k per annum

Working Hours: 8.30 - 5pm

Immediate start required

About the Sales Administrator / Receptionist role:

As part of your role your day to day duties will include:

* Answering incoming telephone calls and direct accordingly
* Receive incoming post and distribute accordingly
* Meet and greet visitors and deliveries
* Provide refreshments for visitors/staff as required
* Deal with all outgoing post (pack and frank)
* Develop and maintain appropriate filing systems (fleet paperwork/general)
* Archiving - ensure accurate information collated, logged and boxed correctly
* Mail merge letters from system as requested
* Carry out weekly car checks (form supplied to ensure cars maintained with tax and MOT)
* Ordering of sales supplies and refreshments for all areas
* Operate and maintain appropriate databases and spreadsheets for sales team
* Support with minute taking during meetings as required
* Maintain Boardroom/reception area

Requirements of the Sales Administrator / Receptionist role:

* Good telephone manner
* Willingness to learn
* IT skills and to be familiar with Microsoft package
* Good organisational skills
* Good communication skills
* Organised and Professional
* Ability to follow instructions
* GCSE, or equivalent, grades C/4 and above or equivalent in Maths and English
* Own transport will be beneficial due to location of office (Old Airfield).
* Training and further qualifications will be available to a suitable candidate
