Service Delivery Manager role, permanent, working within the IT environment of an international organisation and from their main UK office in Swindon, Wiltshire.

You will have relevant service management experience, ITIL certification and excellent communication skills and preferably be local to the area. Some travel to the EU will be required so a British/European passport holder is required. Your main activities will include:

- Service Delivery management for workplace, mobile, print and potentially other suppliers.
- Steering 3rd party providers by matching actual with targeted SLAs/KPIs at home and abroad monitoring, reporting and optimization as per the contracted supplier requirements.
- Coordinate Continual Service Improvements.
- Drive opportunities for IT infrastructure service improvements.
- Supporting the team in regards to commercial/financial activities whilst being responsible for accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide support to projects and work with members of the solutions teams to ensure business requirements are met.
- Work with other members of the department with regards to customer engagement and support. i.e. Service delivery committee, Voice to the customer etc
- Travel to other client locations (including Netherland and Germany) as required to support service management activity.

The client is looking for you to have:

- 4+ years of relevant experience in service management and ‘provider steering’ especially within an IT environment.
- Relevant experience managing change and delivering innovative and cost effective strategies.
- Experience in larger organisation ideally with multiple locations.
- Good relationship management experience from an IT and business perspective.
- ITIL V3 certification (e.g. ITIL Foundation or higher).
- Familiarity with ServiceNOW.
- Excellent English language skills and strong communication ability including stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
