Customer Service Agents – Warrington – Full-time - £18k to £22k pa + Bonus and Other Benefits

Are you looking for a new and exciting Customer Service challenge working for a great business based at Birchwood Park, Warrington?

Have you previously worked in a Customer Focused; Call Centre, Sales, Complaints or Collections environment?

Are you an empathetic and supportive individual who can build a rapport with some customers who have found themselves in a variety of different and sometimes complex situation?

If so, we would like you to come and join our Customer Support team in Warrington as a Customer Service Agent. In this Customer Service Agent role, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with customers from the inception of their finance agreement through to its conclusion. These are great roles for motivated and ambitious people who are comfortable making inbound and outbound calls to customers. This is a genuinely different call centre environment where the key KPIs are quality of calls and outcomes rather than the sheer volumes. We are looking for supportive, engaged and empathetic individuals who can consistently put the needs of the customer first.

The Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will take inbound calls from customers and be dealing with a wide range of queries including taking payments, complaints, change of address or assisting with any other finance plan related questions. You will also be making outbound collections calls chasing payments and discussing payment plans for customers who are having financial difficulties.

Key knowledge, skills and attitudes required:


Previous experience in a customer service or collections environment
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
Empathetic, supportive and positive attitude
Fair and patient approach
Enthusiastic, ambitious and motivated
Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of customers
Analytical skills
