Teaching Personnel are currently working on behalf of a secondary client school which is seeking a Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant.

If you are looking to support a pupil on the 1:1 basis and have a passion for working with pupils with challenging behaviour this role could be perfect for you!

This is a part time role and will begin immediately.

About the role:

* Part time role
* 8.30-3.30 hours
* �270- �300 a week (dependant on experience)

The successful candidate will be working 1:1 and in small groups with disengaged teenagers. The students you will be supporting will not only need academic support but somebody to act as a role model figure.

Prior experience working/volunteering with children in some capacity is desirable, but not a requirement. These students can be quite challenging at times and so the successful candidate will need to be motivated and have a positive attitude.


* A Child workforce DBS, on the update service - Teaching Personnel can support you through the process of applying for one if you do not already have one.
* Confidence in working with challenging behaviour
