WORKING HOURS: Full Time - Monday – Friday 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday with a 1hr lunch break. Working one week 8.00 - 16.30 and the following week 9.30 – 18.00. One in 3 Saturday mornings, following successful completion of probation period, paid additionally to annual salary.

THE ROLE: The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for obtaining references on prospective tenants and make conclusions based on the information you receive. You’ll receive a 6 week comprehensive training package but fear not, you’ll continue to receive ongoing support throughout to ensure that you are armed with the tools to excel in your role!

Key Tasks / Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor to include:-

- To ensure file and system records are kept fully up to date within timescales and to company standard
- To make decisions on cases but to be able to define when these should be escalated to a senior handler/supervisor/line manager
- To provide excellent customer service at all times as laid down in the terms and conditions of company standards
- Communication (Written) – To provide timely, accurate information/reports according to the company standard when required to Agents/Landlords and internally
- Communication (Verbal) – To maintain a professional manner at all times when dealing with customers colleagues and line managers
- To ensure you maintain and contribute as a team member to enable the smooth running of the department and company

THE CANDIDATE: If you pride yourself on giving exceptional customer service, have great organisational skills and can work well under pressure, we want you in our team! It’s important that you have previous office and phone experience. This position is 80% phone based so a confident, articulate and professional manner is vital. You’ll need to be able to multi-task and communicate with a smile. We also require that you have a good standard of English and be a team player, with a friendly and reliable nature. The successful candidate will be proactive with the ability to use your initiative when needed to help continue to drive FCC Paragon forward.

Key experience essential for the Customer Service Advisor position based in Cosham, near Portsmouth, Hampshire:

- If located further afield from our offices, you should have your own transport.
- Will have previously worked in an office with telephone experience
