Head of Marketing: North London

A commercial Head of Marketing with exceptional relationship ability and outstanding marketing skills is sought for London's most successful and largest outlet shopping experience in North London. With the youngest guest profile of any UK Outlet this is London's first mixed use urban outlet centre with unrivalled accessibility at the heart of one of London's most exciting urban regeneration programmes.

This senior management position has a remit across both B2C and B2B , reporting to the Centre Manager and driving the development of campaigns and events that deliver measurable commercial results and enhance the outlet centre brand. The Head of Marketing is responsible for building positive stakeholder relationships across the client group, leveraging a wide range of stakeholder assets to drive the footfall and commercial results.

With two direct reports in Marketing, this role is part of a team that includes a Tourism Manager, Retail and F&B performance Managers and an Operations Manager.

Headline objectives

- As part of the senior management team, assist with the delivery of the overall Business Plan through driving growth in sales and presenting a compelling array of reasons to visit
- Direct the work of the partner agencies in marketing to deliver work that meets the strategic objectives of the business
- Set the strategic direction for marketing in the outlet centre, drive the acquisition and retention plan through impactful and relevant social and digital activity as part of the mix of marketing tools
- Manage marketing communications to ensure they consistently support our strong guest service ethos
- Develop strong internal relationships within the management team, working with colleagues to deliver the best guest experience
- Full marketing budget responsibility; driving the outputs from the creative, digital and PR agencies to ensure they remain innovative, focused and relevant
- Partner proactively with marketing colleagues across the site to drive synergies and mutual commercial advantages and partner with the Tourism Manager to develop materials that support the growth of domestic and international visitors to the centre
- Develop positive and compelling B2B materials to support leasing activities for the Centre

The ideal Head of Marketing

- With experience at a senior level you will be well qualified to articulate a focused and effective marketing strategy that can facilitate growth and increasing awareness of this unique shopping centre

- A good planner and a 'completer-finisher' able to think things through and deliver high quality outputs against stretching deadlines
- Excellent communication skills at all levels. Able to work with and get the best out of a diverse group of people, tenants, stakeholders and agencies whilst always representing the best of our brand
- A strong team player with good influencing skills.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines if required
- Willing to share, willing to learn

As a senior marketing manager, you have well established marketing skills across B2B and B2C with excellent digital experience and are looking for a role where you can make a difference.
