I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Head Teacher for an SEN school in NWKent. This is an ambitious school for children and young people aged 2-19 with profound, severe and complex needs, many of whom have a diagnosis of autism. The school have high expectations for their pupils, striving to ensure that they all achieve their maximum potential; celebrating difference and encouraging curiosity and creativity. The school work hard to ensure that pupils individual needs, interests and abilities are met and that they are resilient and able to make positive life choices.

The school are looking for someone dynamic who can help develop the lower school. Working alongside the Head and Deputy Head Teachers to help with learning programmes and development within the school, there may be occasion to help Teach within the class as well.

* Full-Time Role – School hours 08:30am – 15:30pm
