I am urgently recruiting Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants for one of our SEN Schools in Norwich, Norfolk.

You will be required to be available at least one day Monday to Friday from 08:30 – 15:30, ideally have transport and would either have supported SEN before or worked in a care environment, but have an evident passion to work in education.

The School offer the pupils, aged from Key Stage 1 to Further Education, education and life skills and are passionate about delivering the highest standard of education and support for their pupils.

The pupils needs vary as this is a Complex Needs SEN School. Pupils are statemented with SEN that generally incorporate sensory needs, from Autism (ASD / ASC) to/and Hearing Impaired / Visually Impaired, however this is only an example as the pupils needs are extremely varied.

Due to the location of the School, which is North West Norwich, ideally you will have your own transport. However the School can also be accessed via pubic transport from the centre of Norwich, Norfolk.

Some of the pupils also require an element of personal care.
