Encore are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Adviser to join a well-established and growing business based in Leicestershire.

Salary �8.00 to �12.00 per hour.

The Role:

* To be the first point of contact for customers by responding to their issues and queries in an accurate and efficient manner.
* Liaise with other team members and contractors to offer the best service to customers.
* Use all required systems to complete precise data and information records within agreed guidelines.
* Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive first response on each contact.
* Be involved in tracking consignment deliveries with courier services.
* Ensure that all customer telephone order entries are dealt with in a secure and timely manner.

The Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate who has previously worked in a Customer Service Environment, preferably in a contact centre, as well as:

* Being PC literate, especially with Microsoft Office.
* Having excellent communication levels – both written and verbal.
* Being a motivated ambitious individual looking for long term work.
* Good team player with a can do attitude.
