F &B Relationship Manager: North London

A retail Food and Beverage Relationship & Performance manager with multi-site experience and exceptional relationship building ability is sought for London's most successful and largest outlet shopping experience at Wembley Park, North London. With the youngest guest profile of any UK Outlet the LDO is London's first mixed use urban outlet centre with unrivalled accessibility at the heart of one of London's most exciting urban regeneration programme.

This key management role partners closely with over 20 existing F & B brands to support and drive commercial results and standards through sales and outstanding guest service levels; this year the portfolio is expanding to include a wider remit in Wembley Park of fabulous new F & B brands, making this a really unique opportunity.

With demonstrable gravitas, excellent written and verbal communication skills the F& B Relationship & Performance Manager will build effective relationships with established Brand partners and support and develop these with exciting new brands and other stakeholders in Wembley Park.

Headline objectives

- Develop and consolidate a consistently high standard of guest experience across F&B
- Maximise event opportunities at Wembley Park (Stadium, Arena, Theatre) with event menus & operational planning
- Support Centre Manager, Guest Experience and Head of Marketing on pro-actively driving promotions & centre activity in the restaurants and bars
- Support Brand partners with restaurant openings, recruitment and training needs
- Develop a Brand Partner communication strategy which is both operational and strategic
- Design action plans to drive business results


The ideal Food & Beverage Relationship Manager

With senior hospitality, F&B experience, you are a committed and enthusiastic team player who loves to go the 'extra mile' to deliver results, support the wider business and your colleagues. With experience in a guest focused service environment and demonstrable relationship abilities you can evidence measurable results and understanding of food safety legislation and requirements. This role is a partnership with our brand partners so an understanding and evidence of relationship building at all levels is a crucial element for the successful candidate.
