Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking for an experienced Contact Centre Agents and Team Leaders to join our aftersales team at our BDC in Burnley. Please be aware that we are running an assessment day for this role which you will be required to attend on March 27th.

The centre deals with the Aftersales function of the business with duties including taking inbound booking calls, making outbound calls, processing internet queries, e-mail requests and texts all requesting the vehicle be booked in for repairs, recalls, service and MOTs or to provide quotes for potential work. Most importantly is ensuring our Customer Satisfaction levels are outstanding.

What will my new role involve?

As a member of our fast-paced customer service team team, the role of Contact Centre Agent will involve:

- To personally provide excellent standards of customer service
- Understand and demonstrate tremendous customer care and rapport building
- Display good listening skills to identify customer needs
- Deal with all Telephone, Internet and Manufacturer enquiries
- Confidently make and answer calls in a professional manner whilst adhering to company policies and following best practice
- To actively capture data and input on the relevant Aftersales systems
- Work as part of a team to achieve personal and department objectives
