Working as a Customer Relations Advisor is more than taking calls and placing orders. Our service team is responsible for a range of crucial functions that make our business flow and keep our customers happy. You'll be learning a whole lot about whisky, gin and other spirits, dispatch and logistics and handling your own customer accounts in addition to much more.

Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Advisor:

* Managing queries via phone, social media, email and instant chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, so an attentive manner is a must
* Reviewing and processing orders
* Account management and relationship building
* Placing, processing and invoicing orders.
* Dealing with International documentation required by HMRC
* Liaising with courier and logistics companies to ensure the successful delivery of orders.
* Meet personal/customer service targets and look to exceed them.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, make recommendations, to help achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
* Work with customers to address complaints and resolve queries as quickly and effectively as possible.
* Provide exceptional customer support at all times.

Requirements of the Customer Relations Advisor:

* Strong customer service experience, ideally from within the retail or hospitality industry who have a passion for customer service and want to build a rapport with our customers.
* Ability to talk confidently about our services.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to plan and organise workload whilst taking into account changes and prioritising incoming calls.
* You will need to have the ability to follow direction.
* Attention to detail is a must.
* Great communication skills, which will come into play when dealing with our customer's requirements for their orders and understanding their needs
* Flexible shift pattern - Which may include weekend shifts.
* Team Player.
* Positive Attitude.
