The Job Role

* To deliver Key Stage 3 and GCSE English
* To effectively manage classroom behaviour in-line with the School's policies and ethos
* To create engaging lessons plans and differentiate according to the ability of pupils in the lessons

The School

* Graded as Good by Ofsted in their most recent Ofsted inspection
* Class sizes of 8-12 as well as offering 1:1 and small group intervention
* Focuses on each individual, creating personalised learning plans for all students
* Provides an alternative source of education for students unable to access mainstream education
* Also provides education for those with a diagnosis of SEN, including ASC, MLD, GDD and SEMH

* We pay fairly and in-line with the current market, according to the job role, with rates between �110 and �140 per day
* You will have a dedicated Recruitment Consultant, offering support before, throughout and after your placement
* There will be opportunity to gain a permanent contract in your local authority
