Supporting the Deputy General Manager to deliver the commercial growth for the business through leading and supporting your team in delivery of their financial targets
Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of Food & beverage, operating with focus on innovation, standards and market awareness

Package descriptionUp to £28,000 per annum

45 hours per week to work 5 out of 7 days, in line with business needs.

Main responsibilities

Ideal candidate
Strategic Management experience within a similar Leisure / Retail and C&E background
The ability to build and lead an effective team
Standards and quality driven management style
Results orientated and motivated to achieve measurable results
Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety
Have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
Be self-motivated and show the ability to work in a pressurised commercial, customer facing environment
Standards and quality driven management style
Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
Computer literacy
Financial and commercial acumen
Hold a drivers licence
