Sous Chef required for Bistro Restaurant

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for our client who is recruiting for thier Bistro & Pizza restaurant near Kingham & Moreton in Marsh. Working under an executive Chef you will run the kitchen on a day to day basis. You will use fresh, seasonal and local produce to prepare meals for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner service. The role will be 5 straight shifts per week and you will get some evenings off.

Sous Chef Role

* Working in the modern kitchen using fresh ingredients on a daily basis
* Running kitchen shifts and ensuring hygiene and service standards
* Strong Management skills
* Mature focus and outlook

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef from a quality fresh food operation serving large numbers
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of running service on daily basis
