Telesales/ Customer service Executive - Watford

Salary: £18000 per annum, plus

2% commission on all completed sales &

Annual bonus/reward scheme of 2.5-5% of basic salary depending on the achievement of set targets.

The Company deals in safety wear, personal protective equipment and traffic management and the entire team ensures stock is managed effectively and customer orders are always fulfilled in time. . With a full quality control system in operation, all the products exceed safety standards and are put through stringent wear trials before supply to the outside market to ensure the highest quality. Role: Persistent, sharp minded, hardworking, and good at telesales, polite and efficient eye to detail customer service skills. Able to work as a team and under pressure.

Role Responsibilities: Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to identified target companies to promote PPE, Corporate Wear, Uniforms and Traffic & Site products
Achieve a minimum of 50 outgoing calls per day
Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions
Report progress to Sales Managers by updating a spreadsheet on a daily basis
Recognize sales opportunities and pass to the relevant Sales Manager for action
Pass customer enquiries to the relevant Sales Manager to prepare a quotation
Send customer quotations approved by the relevant Sales Manager as required
Answer incoming calls and establish customer needs and record them for appropriate action
Build relationships with customers to build rapport for repeat business
Contact existing customers to check their satisfaction with the service and products and as the business develops contact any lapsed customers
Manage and feedback information on any campaign or promotions as required
Update customer information to our computer system on a daily basis
General office duties as required by the company.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Telesales experience
Enthusiastic attitude and a fast learner
Experience using Microsoft office
Initiative to research and develop new leads
confident and polite telephone manner

Outbound cold calling skills

Able to identify the market

Able to hit the sales targets on time.
