City Credit Capital (UK) Ltd. is seeking a self-motivated Marketing Administrator who can show flare and initiative in helping to plan campaigns from our London headquarters.

Ideally, you will come from the online derivatives industry (FX/CFDs) and have a real passion for financial services. You will have broad generalist marketing experience covering online and offline techniques. You will be confident with the day to day management of campaigns that will include analysing the metrics and ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently. You must be able to adapt to the challenges posed by a business and an industry going through a period of a change.

Marketing Administrator Responsibilities:

* Reporting to and assisting the Directors in implementing the marketing strategy within the overall corporate strategy.
* Developing, creating, writing and implementing product marketing communications across all channels;
* Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities e.g. international events and expo's
* Maintaining websites and managing social media presence
* Ensuring all metrics are in place to track, analyse, optimise, report and recommend on all digital acquisition communications
* Ensuring all campaigns cohere to the overall global marketing strategy
* Providing regular campaign performance, customer strategy and consumer insight reports
* Evaluation of customer research, market conditions and competitor data
* Developing and implementing digital marketing and content strategy and keep up to date with new marketing trends
* Content marketing for website/s and social media sites. Developing physical and online product content, copy writing and media e.g. Company brochures, educational and promotional material and videos
* Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity including the development and implementation of corporate brand guidelines
* Proposing and executing campaigns for customer acquisition, retention and brand

Marketing Administrator Requirements:

* Ability to work in the UK
* Fluent in English
* Educated up to A Level standard
* At least 2+ years' marketing experience within the financial services industry
* Demonstrable experience of digital advertising and social media marketing
* Experience of PR campaigns and using agencies in different jurisdictions
* Superb attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent ICT skills: MS Office, Photoshop, and presentations
* Highly organised with ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritise effectively
* Confident and outgoing with ability to build strong relationships
* Flexible, adaptable and team-player
* Strong creative outlook
* Strong commercial acumen

Desirable Requirements:

* Marketing experience within the FX/CFD industry
* Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills
* Knowledge of Word Press
* Website coding
* Additional language(s)
