Teaching Personnel are currently working with an Ofsted graded ‘Good’ Roman Catholic High School that is based within the Wigan LEA to recruit a Computer Science Teacher.

Due to an upcoming gap within the schools ICT department the school now need a Computer Science teacher that is able to start following the Easter Holidays and are offering employment for the remainder of the Academic year.

* Full-time Computer Science Teaching position
* Teaching a timetable that consists of KS3 Computer Science lessons.
* Pay in line with MPS/UPS dependent on experience (�23,720 - �39,406 per annum)
* Opportunity to work in a ‘Good’ graded Roman Catholic High School that is well respected in the local community.

It has been highlighted that the successful Computer Science Teacher must;

* Be able to deliver Computer Science lessons in a confident and engaging manner.
* Have excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
* Have experience teaching Computer Science to KS3 pupils in a secondary school setting

This Catholic high school is a voluntary aided, 11-16, mixed comprehensive secondary school that falls under the trusteeship of the Archdiocese of Liverpool and is situated within the Wigan LEA. If travelling to the school via car then school is just a short drive away from the East Lancashire road, which ensures that it is easily accessible from the surrounding areas of St Helens, Warrington and Bolton. There are also direct public transport links from Wigan town centre.
