The Role

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Health Advisor in Maidstone and Folkestone. This is a part time role, where the successful candidate will work 22.5 hours per week on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The successful individual will work autonomously onsite to deliver a first class service.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified individual to expand their skills and experience in a supportive team environment.
You will provide expert, evidence based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.
You will provide professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports while giving expert advice regarding the legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH
You will provide fitness medicals and health surveillance where required, evaluate the results of medicals and surveillance, and ensure that the correct advice in relation to fitness is communicated
You will also provide clinical supervision and support other team members where relevant (such as OH Technicians)
This role will be roughly 80% health and wellbeing promotion and fit for work assessment, 15% administration and 5% case management activities.
You are required to have Registration with NMC Part 1 and be OH qualified.
