Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Behaviour Mentors & Behaviour Teaching Assistants for Primary schools in Bradford.

This particular Primary school in the BD7 area of Bradford are seeking a Behaviour Mentor. Ideally some experience with SEN children and Team Teach training would be advantageous but is not essential. The school have a tailored intervention role. designed to help the pupil reach their full potential. As a behaviour mentor, your role will be helping a challenging student overcome their behavioural issues, whilst acting as a role model and someone to look up to.

The role is on a full time basis supporting student's behaviour and learning inside and outside of the class. This is primarily a class-based position however it's very likely you will end up doing 1:1 withdrawal sessions at some stage in order to maintain the progress of student's behaviour and learning.

Requirements:

* Experience with Challenging Behaviour
* Supportive Teaching Technique
* Experience with SEN
* A strong regard for pupil safety and well-being
* Have experience leading a class
* Experience with SEN, Team Teach is very advantageous
* Excellent behaviour management
