The Customer Service Administrator Role

* Maximise the customer experience
* Processing client sensitive documentation (passports, Bank statements etc);
* Reporting suspicious activities to the MLRO or Deputy MLRO;
* Processing client's international payments;
* Liaising with the sales, dealing, finance and compliance teams both in the UK and Cyprus;
* Liaising with our banking partners;
* Investigate irregularities in both applications and payments;
* Manage client account in the CRM (notes, filing and documents) as required by the business and the Head of Operations and Service Delivery.

Requirements for the Customer Service Administrator Role

* Phone management
* Ability to liaise with private individuals, corporate accounts and our banking partners
* Full understanding of the Foreign Exchange marketspace. (compliance, Dealing and Payments)
* Full understanding of the banking cycle
* Understanding of Office management including social events management
* A good attention to detail
* A good knowledge and understanding of the MS suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
* 5 A* to C grade GCSEs, including Mathematics and English.
* A good level of Numeracy and accuracy
* The ability to Multi-tasking
* Efficient and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Good Teamwork - Team player.
* Clear verbal and written communication.
* Professional manner.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Good time management
