As a growing company with big plans for recruitment they are seeking an experienced administrator. HR experience is not essential, but the successful candidate will need to be familiar with, or willing to learn, how to maximise social media to leverage recruitment. The HR Administrator will be instrumental in finding the right people to join the team and ensuring candidates have a great experience. As well as coordinating recruitment the HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting training and general HR admin.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain records of recruitment campaigns, tracking them from beginning to end ensuring input from relevant stakeholders
* Liaising with hiring managers, recruitment agencies and candidates to arrange interviews, ensuring meeting rooms are booked and interview packs are prepared
* Ensure job adverts are communicated internally, advertised through company channels and passed to relevant external partners where appropriate
* Actively promote job opportunities through a variety of channels including social media
* Support hiring managers to plan and implement induction of new employees
* Maintain company training records, updating tracking spreadsheets on receipt of training certificates
* Proactively liaise with managers and colleagues to book training refresher courses in a timely manner
* Source and book ad-hoc training requests and mange any associated requirements, such as meeting room bookings, catering, accommodation and travel
* Maintain an awareness of current legislation within employment law and other relevant areas such as GDPR
* Support regular HR process including but not limited to annual employee information audits, drug and alcohol testing and ad-hoc projects
* Assist with general administrative duties including answering calls and reception 'meet and greet'

Requirements:

* Discreet and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
* Previous experience of an administrative role requiring excellent organisational skills
* Flexible and able to reprioritise to meet changing deadlines at short notice
* Excellent communication skills both in person and through written medium
* Experience providing a great customer service internally and externally
* Confidence to deal courteously and efficiently with a wide variety of people with the ability to build and maintain great professional working relationships
* Able to work as part of a small team or on own initiative
* High level of computer literacy to include experience of MS Office and HR Information Systems
* Excellent understanding of, or demonstrable interest in, social media (specifically LinkedIn) with the ability to interact with and adapt to different platforms and explain their use to others
