Our client is looking for someone with a passion for technology and delivering excellent customer service to join their growing team as a Technical Customer Service Advisor.

Responsibilities of the Technical Customer Service Advisor:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first line support to their customer base covering a large product portfolio. You will be the first and single point of contact into the Service Desk for all supported products across the product portfolio which include Networks, Voice, Data Centre operations, Hosted Cloud and managed IT services. You will be responding to all incoming calls and emails ensuring incoming incidents are logged accurately and that sufficient information is recorded in the relevant incident logging software. You will ensure that all cases are owned and are resolved in accordance to the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) delivering outstanding customer service standards by answering all calls and emails promptly, remaining courteous and professional at all times.

Requirements of the Technical Customer Service Advisor:

A willingness to learn and quickly adapt is a must, as well as the drive to succeed.


* A minimum of three years' experience in a customer service role
* Experience in a technical telecom's role is desirable, voice and data background would be an advantage
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
* The ability to work to targets
* The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment


* Level 3 or above IT apprenticeship
* Knowledge of CCNA and CSE
* ITIL v3 Foundation
