Our clients, a well respected and growing business within Norwich, are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy New Build Sales team.

The role will involve supporting and working closely to the Sales Team ensuring all administration is carried out in an efficient manner.

Key Tasks include:

* Responding on day to day enquiries from prospective customers.
* To support the sale of properties collating all marketing material and producing sales brochures.
* Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are provided to the Sales Managers & Head of Sales in line with internal timescales.
* To maintain company website and Rightmove to ensure all listings are up to date and presented satisfactorily.
* To proactively seek purchasers and follow up leads to ensure sales are secured timely.

To apply for the position you must have experience working within a team and possess strong interpersonal skills and an eye for detail. A background in property is essential alongside the ability to prioritise workloads and work on your own initiative

Salary: �18,000-�21,000 per annum, dependant on experience. The position is initially on a temporary basis progressing into a permanent role.
