Are you looking for a new role where you can support individuals who are struggling to engage in education?

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking two new members of support staff to join a growing company who support children and young adults with complex social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). Applicants must be passionate about helping others and demonstrate enthusiasm to develop the lives of challenged young people.

This provision is based in Fareham and currently accommodates for 10 pupils. The role will be supporting individuals in vocational development, inside and outside of the classroom setting; working on employability and life skills.

The subjects who are covered at this site are:

* Functional skills
* ICT
* Mechanics / Resistant materials
* Hair and Beauty

Although no prior experience is needed, this position does present physical and emotional challenges. Applicants for this role will be required to support young people aged between 6 – 18 years of age, all of which will be working to outlined Education, Health and Care plans (EHCP) as pupils have been statemented and excluded from mainstream schooling.

The role:

* Term time work
* �9.00 per hour
* Monday to Friday
* 08.30 – 15.30
* Weekly pay (Every Friday)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
