Are you looking to support students on a one to one basis who have additional needs?

Teaching Personnel find that people with a background in working with children and young adults in a careering capacity or a sporting nature, have made excellent learning support and teaching assistants in the schools we work with.

As a teaching assistant, you would be supporting children or young people in the classroom or in a base with accessing the curriculum and/or helping to regulate behaviour (SEMH) or other special education needs such as autism (ASD).

The hours of work are 8.30-3.30, full time, term time only, ideally, you will have your own transport such as a car or bicycle all this is not essential.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will need to be energetic, confident and be driven to making an impact on the pupils you’ll be working with.
A child workforce DBS on the update service or the willingness to do one
And to be available to start as soon as possible.
