The ideal candidate for our SEN teaching assistant role will have previous experience working with young people aged 11-16 with learning and behavioural needs such as; ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia. You role as an SEN teaching assistant is very important as you will support the pupils who struggle with their learning and engagement with subjects, to ensure they have an equal opportunity to reach their full potential.
